Milestones Reached in 2014 & 2015

We are very proud of how far Utah Rare families have come in the last few years. Governor Herbert’s Rare Disease Day declaration, Senator Orin Hatch’s official support, and increased awareness in our globally shared mission is just starting to pick up steam.

Take a look back at some of the events from recent years and then join our journey by bookmarking or registering for activities planned in 2016.

Stay tuned for more upcoming events!

Looking back at the success in 2015…

3:00pm – 5:00pm
State Capitol Building, Rotunda
350 North State Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84114

The purpose of this event is to raise awareness at the state level for the 1 in 10 individuals living with a rare disease and the challenges they face.

Connect with and hear from patients, caregivers and other stakeholders about the challenges and triumphs of living with rare diseases in the great state of Utah.

Educating state legislators and their staff members is extremely important and we are thrilled that you have decided to participate!
